Christmas Tree Cupcakes

Great for the two holiday party I attended, I made some mini-cupcakes with Christmas trees on top. Vanilla cake, vanilla butter cream frosting. Festive while limiting the sugar intake by all the kids running around.

Yo Gabba Gabba Birthday

This year for my daughter's birthday I made some abstract Yo Gabba Gabba cupcakes. Yo Gabba Gabba is a preschool TV show that airs on Nick Jr. Its my daughter's favorite show so the choice was an easy one for me. The caupcakes were vanilla with vanilla butter cream frosting. In order they are: Muno, Foofa, Brobee, Toodee, Plex.

A Bridal Shower

My brother is getting married! Our family hosted a shower for his fiance, Amy, over the weekend. I had the pleasure of doing the cake. There was no "theme" but we were going with a light pink color scheme. The cake was vanilla with vanilla cream frosting; A simple wedding dress with a train, covered in small flowers.

Zanzibar Baby Shower

This weekend I had the pleasure of doing another baby shower cake. The mother to be is having a boy and the theme of the shower are the Zanzibar animals, focusing mainly on the giraffe and zebra. We went with vanilla cake and butter cream frosting. The animals are white chocolate.

What better way to celebrate the coming of a new little one then around valentine's day! A vanilla based cake with lemon frosting; this 2 layer cake displays both little feet and hearts. Matching rattle heart cupcakes are also vanilla cake with lemon frosting.
